To listen. To reflect. To listen. To accept. To listen. To love. To reflect. To accept. To listen. To love.

To listen. To reflect. To listen. To accept. To listen. To love. To reflect. To accept. To listen. To love.

We are a collection of parts…

Each part (the inner child, the inner critic, the lonely one, the angry one, etc.) benefits from our kind presence. The level of healing available when we turn toward our selves with compassion, patience and care does not stop astounding me.

About
Jade Rose

Step by step, my clients and I work to notice internal boundaries and honor them. When we've been through trauma, specifically sexual trauma, we've often been taught to ignore our own boundaries. The level of healing which comes from recognizing, pausing and honoring every tiny internal boundary, is beautiful and profound. Together, we create an inner space of personal power, self love and deep acceptance. We deserve to feel safe and peaceful inside our bodies and minds.

I use a strengths-based, client-lead, IFS-inspired, CBT and DBT-inspired approach to clear up any clouds obscuring inner peace. Together we witness traumas, hurtful self talk, inequity, and marginalization, all while steering toward a calm and balanced center.

You get to lead the way in your journey and you get to choose who is a part of that journey. I'd be honored to talk with you whenever you're ready.

I have a masters in painting and a masters in social work, I work with clients to create healing art pieces and I also work as a therapist.
