"Jade allows one to feel seen, held and heard, a powerful witness for therapy. I am grateful for her support and highly recommend her as a practitioner."

Radical self love is the key to all healing.

Jade Rose, Licensed Social Worker

I practice Internal Family Systems (IFS), Art Therapy and am Dialectical Behavior (DBT) inspired. I am compassion focused, person-centered, and believe in positive-psychology. I practice play therapy with children (and sometimes with adults as well!).

Much of my work is narrative-based, which means, helping you to tell your story, feel heard, believed and validated. I also help you own and re-write your story, so that it is an inspiration and through it you can feel your own strength.

I am a strength-based therapist, which means I will reflect your inherent strengths back to you.

I am trauma informed, so we will move at your pace and only when you are ready.

"My child eagerly looks forward to their play therapy sessions with Jade. The sessions are always a safe place to explore and make sense of what's going on in life through play with favorite mediums: clay, stuffies, and attuned, thoughtful connection from Jade. As a parent, I welcome the insights the play sessions reveal about how I can better support my child through difficult life changes."
